Chelsea is my PT, she comes to my house, which makes it much easier for me to workout since I have small children. They often join in. Not only is Chelsea a great PT but she is great with kids, too. I also go to her classes occasionally when I can. I really like the fact that there are so many options such as Boxercise, Legs, Bums and Tums, Body Blitz, Aerobic Blast and also a Mystery Night when you have no idea what the class is going to be. Chelsea makes the classes exciting and fun so you sometimes don't feel like you are working out, unless she makes you do bear crawls and/or burpees :)

Chelsea’s classes are so good - always varied, working aerobically and strength, to your own ability. The classes are fun which helps keep you motivated and focused on your personal goals. I bring my six month old to the classes in the pram which is not something I’d be able to do at the gym!!

I've been doing the classes for just over a year now, and I have never felt stronger! The classes and trainers are fantastic, very personable (and tolerant haha). You can work at your level without feeling intimidated, and feel challenged in a positive manner. Classes are frequent and varied, and are all drop-in, so works perfect with my ever changing schedule. It's a great group to exercise with, they are all focused on getting fit while having fun.
